Our goal is to not think about our mistakes, our goals, to become more powerful because we view ourselves as powerful and we think in powerful ways. When all we think about are mistakes, we hold ourselves back. We need guard rails to change how we think. So when you catch yourself thinking negatively or thinking fearfully, change the conversation in your own and think about something you can actually do to move yourself forward.
