How to Treat Traumatic Glaucoma

In this patient I did check his pressures he had a pressure of 14 in the right eye which was normal and in the left eye it was 55 pretty high. So it was clear that I was dealing with not just a hyphema but also a traumatic acute glaucoma. The treatments relatively straightforward because it's the same kind of treatment that you'd give a patient any patient with acute angle glaucomA. You give them timelol drops, acetazolamide, pile of parpean etc.
