Everyone could consume about a third to a half of what a typical American eats an animal protein every day. That's also about food security and food equality then, because if we're in a place where we can reduce our consumption that allows for others to have the same. And it's not as though if I eat less meat there's going to be more meat for somewhere, someone else to eat necessarilybecause distribution is a political and economic phenomenon.
