- Is There a Waterdown Version of Strength Training?

The deboch concept is to bridge the gap between traditional forms of strength training and actual technical actions that see on the field. It's not about maximum force production along time frames, it's shore time franes, multiple planes, constantly evolving, chaotic movements. If you're doing five minutes or ten minutes of that every single day, and you're doing three r four sessions a week, then over the course of the year, then you're you're accumulating a pretty powerful training stimulus there.
