Do You Think That Needs to Change?

There's an old saying, and i don't know who brought it up first, which says, there's nothing more practical than a good theory of problem solving under limited resources. And so probably there is larking a theory which is related to what we already have, these symtoriclly optumal probemsolvers. So i believe we will have something like that.
