I think that it is not about a certain technology that we should get behind. I think it's about really in the end of the day empowering public servants to use their judgment. We actually have great people in government. And they don't, they're sometimes blocked from updating our technology because they're told to do a very, very specific thing instead of to make it work. So you get this frustration with government that carries over to your feelings about voting and civic engagement and democracy. This has been shown through research.
