I think that a lot of us kind of stagnate, but that's actually more of a choice because we decide to keep doing the same activities and reading the same materials. I feel like as a species, we way over index on what other people think about us. And so many people's goals that they set seem to be dramatically affected by what they think other people will will or won't judge them for.
