Will We Need Some One Who Can Stop Hateful Speech?

I don't think that hateful speech disappears in the model that i am talking about. My hope is that most of us will avoid them. By making speech rules about what a group of people choose, rather than trying to have them be universal, you suddenly give yourse a great deal more ability to deal with tha sort of hateful speech. If you're in a community of a couple of hundred people, and someone starts posting anti vax propaganda,you can confront that person. You can remove the person from the community. You can put those posts behind a click through wall. Your community is the one making those speech rules.
