The Rise of Donor Fatigue in the Gulf

Ukraine will be a big draw from the pot of money that's available for all these other crisis. A lot of its donor fatigue, I think it's sort of a more introvert nationalistic policies in many places. Very many of the traditional donors have large deficit economies. Now look at the UK. There was a leader in humanitarian work for for years now they're cutting aid across the board. And they are obsessed with their own crisis. How come free, Scandinavian countries are still consistently top 10 donors globally when nobody lives up here?
