The Power of Gentleness
We're going to attach in the show notes a meekness assessment. Dane Ortland describes Jesus this way: Meek, humble, gentle. The posture most natural to him is not a pointed finger, but open arms. That's been one of my biggest takeaways from that whole book. When I am battling sin I run faster because I know his arms are open and he wants me to. And that's great. Choosing truth is choosing joy.
