The premiu model has been out there for a while, so i understand wag people do it this way. It's also communities have a chicken and egg problem. You want to join a community that's already a community. So what i suggest is you think about your ideal member growth journey. And then what i recommend, if you're just getting started, don't have a big audience, is that you dessign some kind of fixed offer for them in the next three months.
