How to Make a Better Sleep Cycle

Waking up fatigued and tired most likely means you're not recovered, you're not rejuvenated. The way that you can begin though to work yourself backwards into a better sleep cycle is simply by working your bedtime back 15 minutes each and every week. My highest recommendation is a wakelight. So now you're waking by a light slowly over 30 minutes before an alarm goes off. This to me is what has helped clients the most in terms of waking up with natural energy. Yes, you can caffeinate your body, you can do all these things but it's not the same as waking up withnatural energy.
