New York was not seen as a great place to start an infrastructure company at the time. It made it harder to fundraise, but I think in the long run that's been an advantage. We're sort of out of the eco chamber of the Bay Area, which makes it easier for us to latch on to what really matters to customers. There's less deep tech talent in New York than there is in the Bay Area. So if you give people, you know, great responsibilities, interesting work, treat them well, they're going to stay with you for three, four, five years more.
