The Last Post - The Final Bugle Call of the Day
Owen tiller is the author of a history of the last post. The final bugle call of the day is then symbolically, the final buglecall of a soldier's life. Even before the first world war, the last post moved out from being simply a military call. It has become an international symbol of mourning and of loss and of remembrance.
