The Difference Between Exercise and Physical Activity

i get the more shocking it is to me how significantly you do feel the aging process in your body things start to hurt more. i have been very very thankful when i have returned to a more consistent and regular workout routine. We want to push our comfort zones that means we want to push into the pain pivot into the pain just a little bit  the kind of pain that forces growth not actual real pain but discomfort. For one person that could mean a 10 15 minute walk up a steep hill for another person that could look like sprints it could look like a marathon to another person I don't know whatever it is that speaks to you and sings to your soul because athletic activity very similar
