Is There a National Solution to Integration?

I think progress has been made, and i think a local level, people can work together very well. But this e needs to think about what do we mean by integration and good integration that we 're looking for? And hen can we reduce some of the things in the system that perhaps don't promote that? Yes, we were very resistant in coming up with a model that would, you know, suggest that a blanket model that would across ar work across the board.
