The Struggles of Sexual Woundedness

The stakes were too high there was too much shame hurt anger fear and because sex did work for us often it didn't seem to be that valuable to keep going back to what was not working. There's still many struggles one does not get over sexual woundedness so that it is entirely healed and resolved. It requires work as you were saying earlier about the kegol muscles it's still practice but we've learned a few things next time.
