I think a lot of it tends to be cultural where it's just kind of, you know, was embedded in the culture from a very early on time. So these days, I think we're we're around 300 people now and I'm still trying to fit in little micro animations here and there. It is definitely something that's ingrained in the culture but you still do have to push for it when you care about it.
