"i had been sprouting on and off for 25 years. Sprouts were not new to me, but always they were garnish or like a snack," says Wright. "I graduated from alfalfa outs and mungbean sprouts to alfaleza, arugula, azuki, brockley, radish,. clover, hemp, fenigree, amarinth", he adds. The book is inspired by Wright's own love of sprouts as well as the work of other doctors who have written about eating plant base.
