Is It a Secession or a Complete Secession?

In crimea, there is pretty good evidence of the majority of voters actually voting. I don't know what the exact metric that we should be looking at to really judge the overall consensus on on a secession or complete secession. Now, gee, i guess it doesn't matter at this point. Im, you know, they this were, here's the quagmire that were that the world is in. That's pretty much all i have to say on everything.
