Inclusion and Diversity - Where Do We Start?
If somebody comes to your web site or walks into your business, and they don't see any other people of color, then they have that moment where they go, am i in the right place? I know that there's a lot of o church professionals who listen to this podcast. Your image is only going to be as inclusive as you are. But just know that the exclusiveness that you created, intentional or unintentional, is going to keep people from seeing themselves in the story that you're telling.
