The Importance of Human Rules in Democracy
The Constitution, try to write some freedom, it's sort of like a modern day Bible. So the window is referred here, and it can be changed. Is it best that every country has their own Constitution, or should we all have world rules? There probably should be some world rules, I imagine. Does it sound good though? It's all off the top.
