The Bührer Lanschaft, or Office Landscape

In 1958, Wolfgang and Eberhard Schneller created the Quickbordner Consulting Group. They pioneered a concept that they called the Bührer Lanschaft or office landscape. It was essentially the first truly open plan office. The idea was to create an office that was more collaborative and more egalitarian.
