The ESA's Argument for Commercial Availability

If a game was made before 2010 the odds of it being commercially available like from the rights holder or whoever is the current rights holder Is Very very low. You can't buy them legitimately right in any way. So your options are secondary market piracy and neither of those things are reasonable. Gamers who just like a good old-fashioned pushmo every once in a while might be able to get their hands on some for free.
