How to Foster Motivation in Students

Faculty and students have different perceptions about what parts of motivation come from within. Having a plan, having a kind of what you want to do in in life is the end result - it's not about undergraduate degree or graduate studies. It's just plan that exists here and there that you know what you're gonna do. And if you don't know you quit, because it's in vain.
