Scripting Actions to Play Music to Multiple Sets of HomePods
The only way to get shortcuts to play music to multiple sets of HomePods is actually through a home action. The playback destination has been around for a while, but I believe the changing it from just like setting it to one particular endpoint to multiple endpoints came around sometime in iOS 15. But you can absolutely do it in shortcuts. That said, I found home actions perhaps to be a little more reliable.
