Is the Company in a Position to Pay You a Bonus?

If the company, for whatever reason, which may or may not have anything to do with your performance, under performs, the company is not in a position to pay you a bonus. That's life. So we never had toa tomrens ry say, tha, bonisons were off. But un that was sort of guiding principle, and in many ways, that was really healtul. When we would look at individual performance and talk about what people had done, we tied that to levels of bonus that might be available if the company had performed a certain levels.
