How to Progression a Dry Land Program

From the eight Nundas in terms of equipment, it sounds like very little. There's a lot of body weight kind of movement type actions. As they get older, we'll start to incorporate dumbbells, some trap bars. If you have access to that, it's your facility you will use. You don't have to have the fanciest stuff to really have a great dry land program.
