There is an evolutionary gift in older men's livers than young men. The receptors that flush testosterone out of the blood are reduced in older men. Doctors don't pay attention to a lot of times as well that your older patients may need less but you should still shoot for somewhere between a thousand and and twelve hundred nanograms a youthful level.
