There's a set of founders that I think never felt like the pressure on the idea that they probably should have. And then, you know, the quality of the company they ended up starting or their understanding of what good looks like in terms of being a founder is just not up to snuff. There was just nobody ever asking really difficult detailed questions about the business model. They hadn't thought about ACVs that they ultimately will need to get to be able to support their actual sales costs. Many don't know how to managed dued goals because they've always gotten out of problems by hiring more people.
