I would like to see diets that are low in seed oils like an animal-based diet compared to diets that have moderate or even recommended amounts of seed oils. The American Heart Association recommends seed oils. I don't think we really understand the mechanisms by which process grains, process sugars, maybe hijacking our metabolism. Let's talk for a moment about nutrient adequacy and satiety. This is harder to study, but there is interesting research looking at unique nutrients in animal foods.
