The Future of Chatbots
The CEO could have a chat bot that never has to directly interface with any of these back ends, but instead let's an AI do it for them. And so you're only interfacing at the front end through a chat window. That suddenly starts looking like handing a lot of material decision-making power over to an AI. I think that's where we need to start thinking about these things in terms of their applications, not just in our daily lives. We've already got people who are actively using these things with the aspiration and ambition of it being like a, like an interface into a back end that nobody but an AI can understand or manipulate.
