Is Whip Indicted?

Mike whip simons hasn't been indicted yet. He was on the phone with stuart at two 30 to p m on january sixth, and he still hasn't been charged. It seems like if you're someone like alex or alley, the fact that simons hasn’t been indicted or named in this indictment, should be a cause for concern? That would really worry me. Yes? But stewart is axtulantly right about the the bigger picture.
