The Importance of Giving Advice

Darren Hardy: We are great at giving advice. But what we suck at doing is taking our own advice. Take a problem that you're grappling with and assign it to somebody else. Write down the objective, the outsider's perspective advice that you would have for them. When we help someone else with their problems, we have less emotional investment in it than they do.
