How to Make Italian Gelato
The best pistachios come from a town called Bronte on the slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily's smoking volcano. Fruit gelatos are also great to try and you can try them as gelato or sabecto so you can have them with milk without milk. There is really a lot of creativity going on with gelato making these days in terms of combinations of flavours. I will say though my adventures in gelato tasting did not go so well when I tried the traditional chipmala onion flavour in one small town in Tuscany.
