A third issue of the business or more was, was the retirement side of this high volume of clients. About $60 million of assets under management that we packaged and sold. We left Onesco in 2019 and joined Kestra. And we sold the retirement plan business at the beginning of 2022. That sale also reduced our buyout cost from Ellis.
