The Importance of Real Sets in VFX
When you have to have, when the environment is fully created, it looks synthetic. So having the real sets for me are incredibly important in terms of giving you a level of reality. And then they also become incredibly important because for me, on the Apes movies, there were times when I had the iPad thatyou're talking about, but it was so crude. It wasn't like a set. There was all of this crazy lag and I'd be turning and I'd say, this is not the same. You're lying to me and the system would break down. Being in a real space is always, it's just, it's so to be in something that you can feel
