How to Apply for a Tenure Track Position

Everybody who is in academia, not everybody, but most people who are in academia, that is like their goal is to get on the tenure track so that eventually they can apply for tenure and you know, they'll have it made. So contingent faculty are the ones who are not in tenure track positions. And usually they are also short term or part time faculty. The semester is like half a year. But I think some I think it's places like there are places in the UK that do do semesters, but that's like presumably to like somewhere halfway through the winter. Yeah, then back to the summer.
