Is Rust a Good Microservice?
The microservice term is a little bit harmful even, right? Because it sounds like a best practice at this just to a solution to very particular problem. I got lots of contracts to companies called me and say, help us with microservices. And this is exactly what we said because they don't understand their own code. So let's try to remove all interfaces, all impulse, all factories, all configurators, XML. If you delete everything, what remains is the business logic. And then you're almost done. Then you can say, okay, now my monolith, I can maybe split what as you said in two monolith, but then we are done.
