I don't think there's any realistic version of this constrained model that says you compensate the same day or tomorrow or even within a couple weeks to take a while to adjust. I mean, it was a really extreme amount of exercise. It probably was even if you had somehow been able to maintain it for six or eight months, probably beyond the body's ability to compensate. For that first week, there was no compensation for energy expenditures matched exactly what you expected stuck on marathon on top of their baseline levels. And then after that, you can have a go month, you can has a go six months, you can having a go a year. Wait, very much plateaus.
