What Do City Leaders See in Universities?
A lot of these city leaders graduate from the same schools. There's a sense of payer. They see themselves in each other. But also goes back to that point I was making about in the 90s when the children of suburban sprawl were coming back into cities and looking for basically what was the landscape of a campus. So they saw at the same time as we talked about for quite some time, universities were looking for other revenue streams.
