There's no one answer, whether you should have consistent salaries across the board or have salaries adjusted to the cost of living. Compensation is a complicated one but relatively simple to understand the challenges around that and how to solve them. But there are other things that you have less control over than salaries. So like pay time off policies, maternity leave policies. There's a lot of things that will vary from country to country. If you end up hiring foxes employees as opposed to contractors, you have to contend with those local regulations.
