The War on Ukraine

Every time it seems to me that Ukraine is regaining territory or about to regain significant territory, there becomes a new push for us to impose a peace settlement on the belligerents. We were you know, we every war is now discussed in terms of a forever war. That's how we discuss wars in the US. So I think that this this was inevitable and it's very bad.
