When we have sudden changes of time, we're basically putting people into a state of jet lag. It's just an unnecessary disruption and could cause like, negative, either immediate or possibly even contributeto longer health effects. The argument is less that we should keep standard time or keep daylight savings time. And it's grounded in the science of chronobiology.
