When Your Brain Is Tired, It Makes Mistakes
When we're tired, that's the first thing we reach for. Why are we reaching for high fat, high sugar foods? Because when you're sleep deprived, your body is in a fighter flight moat. And so you naturally crave foods that look like they will help you get quick energy. Those are the foods we go to wen our brain thinks we're preparing for like a steel cage match ye tiger. So we need some fagt herbs. But really what you need to do is breathe, or take a walk or eat real food. They need to be natural, don't have a lot of preservatives and don't have lots of added sugars.
