Pregnancy Register in Poland
Poland's minister of health signed an ordinance expanding the amount of medical data that can be saved about patients to include pregnancies. Advocates are understandably concerned that this pregnancy register could be used to investigate and prosecute women who have miscarriages, or who travel abroad orabortions. The impact could be that a bunch of them just avoid prenatal care to stay out of the state medical system.
