How to Lose Weight Without Having to Work Out Too Hard

I do believe there are healthy ways for humans to lose weight. These often center on focusing on dietary quality and I believe if you do that, rather than restricting calories without attention to dietary quality, you will lose weight unintentionally. How not to lose weight? Don't put yourself in a calorie restricted prison. We've probably eaten a diet that is evolutionarily inconsistent. That leads to an evolutionarily disordered state of obesity. You don't see a lot of obesity.
