I want my incentives to be aligned with your incentives, and i want us to have a proper alignment of those things without conflict. To me, money's important, but t's not everything. And the person that i've most admired how they have approached this world is actually a a guy named jack spirco who hosts he show called the survival podcast. He does a really great show. I would fight him tooth and nail over a bunch of stuff, which would tell you why i like listening to him, because he constantly challenges me.
