After 9/11, the government dedicated so much of its law enforcement and and intelligence agencies to terrorism that it became a really good time to commit a financial crime. What's interesting about the crypt era we may be in sort of the first generation of crypto currency crime. The fbi and justice department have two challenges: One, they're not necessarily as good as they used to be at pursuing financial crimes. Two, they have to pursue it in this digito landscape that they are still learned.
