The Right Role of the Government in the Environment
I blame in part the environmentalists for putting us where we are now. Part of the reason that we have the greenhouse gas problem is because of environmentalists. We haven't had a nuclear plant built in this country for decades. In comparison, France gets something like 70% of its power from nuclear. Nuclear has zero greenhouse emissions. If the environmentalists hadn't stopped nuclear back in the 1970s, we would be producing far, far less greenhouse gases than we are.
